If your dress doesn't feel right for you...I hope you will join me on my mission to help other women dress for their dreams when you Wear It OR Share It! Passing your dress along to a friend not only helps other women acquire a dress they may not have been able to have, empowering them to look and feel good! Plus, it helps with the carbon footprint caused by excess shipping. 

That said...

We accept unworn merchandise with the receipt and original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the same tender as the purchase. Please note, processing of online returns may take up to five business days. Depending on your credit card company, the credit should appear on your statement within two billing cycles.

Your return should include the completed returns form. If you do not have the packing slip, provide the following information with your return: name, address, email address, phone number and order number, if available. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Runway Runaway Collection cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is not available.

Damaged or Defective Items

We hold a high standard for our products and promise we’ll do our best to perform with excellence. If your merchandise was damaged in transit, save the original packaging and contact our Customer Service Department before returning. The Customer Service Team may be reached by telephone, at 1-310-751-6532 Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM PT, via email at cs@runwayrunawaycollection.com.

I myself have adopted the philosophy of paying it forward by sharing items that I have chosen not to keep. So I want to give you the opportunity of choosing between a return and refund, or, paying it forward and helping another woman dress for success. Exchanges

In the event you have chosen the wrong size, let us know and we will gladly exchange it for the right size. However, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

If you have decided to return a garment, we welcome you to return it.
